Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how VPNMQ handles personal data when providing its website, user panel, and network acceleration subscription service. Website analytics, account management data, and network access content are distinct data categories; their purposes and handling boundaries are described separately below.
Account and Order Information
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. VPNMQ processes usernames and password credentials used to verify identity for login, account identification, and access control. Do not include passwords, panel login credentials, or subscription links in public comments or shared documents.
Subscription management requires storing plan selections, order amounts, payment status, transaction identifiers, subscription status, and summarized data usage to deliver the service, verify payments, and process refunds. These business records do not include details of websites visited. Descriptions and attachments submitted voluntarily through support tickets are used to respond to the relevant requests; provide only the information needed to investigate an issue.
No-Logs Policy
VPNMQ follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing content, visited URLs, or DNS query history. Usage summaries needed for traffic billing are not used to build individual browsing records or combined with website analytics to create profiles of network activity.
The service does not persistently retain connection logs that link an account, source IP address, destination address, and connection time, so it does not set a retention period for such connection details. Temporary session state needed to maintain a connection is used only for the current session and is not kept as browsing history after the session ends. Diagnostic materials submitted voluntarily are handled separately for support purposes and do not constitute authorization for ongoing collection of connection logs.
Website Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page views, referral sources, and button usage. They may include technical information such as page paths, referring pages, browser categories, and access times. These analytics are limited to website usage and do not mean the service records content accessed through international routes. Do not include account secrets or subscription credentials in marketing page URLs.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain sessions, perform security checks, remember language preferences, and preserve interface state; the user panel stores login credentials locally in the browser. Analytics may also use browser identifiers to distinguish visits. Users can restrict cookies or clear site data in their browser settings; doing so may require logging in again and may reset preferences. Sign out after using a shared device.
Payments and Data Sharing
The service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network, and their respective rules govern information collection and storage. VPNMQ verifies payments using order identifiers, transaction results, and information needed for reconciliation; users are not asked to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.
USDT transactions may leave publicly searchable records on public transaction networks, which are not controlled by VPNMQ. Information is shared only as necessary to deliver the service, reconcile payments, handle disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations. VPNMQ does not sell personal data or use support ticket content to create advertising profiles.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order and transaction records are retained as required for service delivery, refunds, dispute handling, and applicable laws. Support tickets and diagnostic attachments are retained for as long as needed to resolve the issue. There is no single fixed retention period for all categories; when the purpose has ended and no reason for further retention remains, data will be deleted or de-identified.
Users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data through a user panel support ticket. To prevent unauthorized requests, the service verifies control of the account and explains the scope of processing and any records that must continue to be retained. Deleting an account may affect subscription use, so please check for open orders and refund matters first. Browser-stored data must be cleared by the user; records on third-party or public transaction networks are not removed when an account is deleted.
Policy Updates and Scope
This policy applies to the website, panel, and subscription services provided directly by VPNMQ. It does not replace the privacy policies of external websites, app stores, or payment services. Please review their data handling information before visiting third-party pages.
Changes to this policy will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Substantive changes affecting data use or user rights will be announced on the website or user panel; where separate consent is legally required, a policy update does not replace that consent. Submit privacy questions through a user panel support ticket. Service use and refund terms are available in the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
