Service Scope

VPNMQ provides network acceleration for cross-border access and subscriptions to international routes, covering 110+ countries / 220+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients, subscription details, and available routes can be accessed through the user panel. Refer to the panel for the current configuration.

The service provides network connectivity; it does not include memberships, content licenses, or third-party account benefits for destination websites. Third-party platforms determine their own regional eligibility, account reviews, and content availability. Route coverage does not guarantee continuous access to any particular website.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Keep your password, subscription details, and login session secure, and do not disclose them to others. If you discover that your credentials have been exposed or used unusually, change your password promptly and report the situation through a support ticket in the panel.

Unlimited simultaneous devices are permitted for the account holder’s own devices or devices they are authorized to manage. This does not permit reselling or renting out an account, or sharing an account or subscription details for others to use. You may not repackage the service and provide it to other users.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated to the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Review the plan details before activation and confirm the order in the panel.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and in any region relevant to your use of the service, as well as the rules of destination websites. You may not use the service for fraud, unauthorized access to another person’s systems, distributing malicious software, infringing intellectual property, unlawfully obtaining data, or any other illegal activity.

You may not carry out attacks, send unsolicited messages in bulk, maliciously consume resources, or engage in other activities that disrupt the normal operation of routes. You must not interfere with other users’ connections. You are responsible for your own access, uploads, and transmissions; network acceleration does not authorize any unlawful use.

Availability and Liability

Connection performance depends on your local network, device settings, carrier links, and the status of third-party platforms. Route maintenance, network failures, or changes in external conditions may interrupt connections, affect speeds, or result in regional adjustments. The service does not guarantee connections to all destinations at all times.

If you encounter an issue, first check your subscription status and client configuration, then submit the necessary troubleshooting details through a support ticket. These terms do not exclude liability that VPNMQ is required by law to bear. Restrictions imposed by third-party platforms, changes to their content, and their independent charges are outside the service’s control.

Account Restrictions and Termination

If you engage in illegal use, resell an account, share subscription details, attack the service, or otherwise violate these terms, VPNMQ may restrict relevant connections, suspend service, or terminate the account depending on the circumstances. If credentials may have been exposed, VPNMQ may also temporarily restrict access while investigating unusual activity.

If you disagree with the outcome, submit an explanation and relevant materials through a user panel support ticket. Account actions should be based on the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any appeal or other rights you have under the law.

Changes to These Terms and Related Policies

VPNMQ may update these terms in response to service changes or changes in legal requirements, and will indicate the update month on this page. Changes that materially affect service benefits will be explained through an on-site announcement or a notice in the user panel. The effective date will be specified in the notice. Updates will not retroactively revoke rights already acquired under applicable law.
