Refund Policy
This policy explains the refund scope, request process, and payment return arrangements for VPNMQ subscriptions. Before submitting a request, check the orders and payment records in your account. For questions about a specific order, contact support through a ticket in the user panel so the request time, handling details, and verification results can be recorded.
Refund Window and Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first successful payment. The refund window is based on the record of that first successful payment, not the date you created your account, downloaded a client, or first connected. You may choose whether to describe your experience; you do not need to complete troubleshooting before making a request.
When submitting a request, specify the order you want reviewed. A renewal, upgrade, or separate traffic package purchase does not reopen the refund window for the first payment. Payment dates and statuses for multiple orders must be checked separately; the date shown for your current plan alone cannot determine whether all orders qualify.
Limits and Unusual Orders
You may still submit a request after using the subscription normally, provided it is within the window above. This policy does not add unpublished thresholds for traffic usage, connection count, or number of devices. A record of traffic usage alone does not automatically justify refusing a refund.
Requests made outside the refund window are not covered by the unconditional full refund described on this page. You may submit a ticket with details about the order, but this does not guarantee a refund. Orders that were not successfully paid or have already been refunded have no collected payment left to return.
If a case involves suspected misuse, a payment dispute, unclear account ownership, or unusual traffic records, the relevant facts must first be checked. Account actions and payment verification should be explained separately; a vague label such as “excessive use” or “account violation” is not a substitute for the basis on which an order is handled. See the Terms of Service for the applicable usage rules.
How to Request a Refund
- Sign in to the account used for payment. Find the relevant order in your order history and check its payment status, date, and method.
- Go to user panel support tickets, clearly state that you are requesting a refund, and provide the order number, payment date, payment method, and transaction record needed to verify the payment.
- Check the verification results in the same ticket. If more information is needed, reply as instructed and keep a record of any subsequent refund activity.
Do not submit your account password, complete subscription link, or sensitive verification details from payment records. Redact personal information unrelated to order verification from screenshots. If you cannot access the original account, first check account access through the sign-in page to avoid confusing order ownership by creating another account.
Refund Routes and Payment Methods
Refunds are generally returned through the original payment route, subject to the options supported by the payment provider. For orders paid through Alipay or WeChat Pay, check the refund status against the original transaction record. If the original route cannot be used, explain why in a ticket and confirm the next steps; funds are not automatically sent to an account unrelated to the original order.
USDT transfers follow a different refund process from Alipay and WeChat Pay, and the original transaction cannot be assumed to be automatically reversible. For a USDT refund, confirm the available process, receiving address, and network details in a ticket before proceeding. Do not infer the receiving address from the sending address or provide transfer instructions for an address that has not been verified.
Checking Refund Status
Submitting a request, verifying an order, initiating a refund, and receiving the funds are separate stages. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment provider, the status of the receiving account, and relevant network processing. This policy does not promise a fixed arrival time; a refund update in a ticket does not mean the funds have reached your account.
After receiving confirmation that a refund has been initiated, check the original payment provider’s records first. If the funds have not arrived, add your latest findings to the original ticket so the case can be reviewed further and duplicate requests can be avoided. Once a refund is complete, the service benefits for that order are subject to the panel’s processing result. If the order status and payment records do not match, follow up in the same ticket.
For details on how information used to verify orders is handled, see the Privacy Policy. Keep the necessary transaction and ticket records to help verify refund eligibility and the destination of the funds.
